Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before shipment or production. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If production has already begun or shipment has commenced, we cannot cancel your order; please understand.

Returns or Exchanges

If you discover quality issues upon receiving the item (e.g., missing serial number/loose threads/incorrect version, etc.), please contact customer service for a replacement or exchange.

Returns/refunds due to incorrect sizing or personal dislike of the item are not accepted.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn/used, and with the original tags.

After receiving the returned item, we will refund your account within 10 business days. The refund amount does not include the original shipping cost. Customized items are non-refundable.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund Delay or Omission

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
